Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy explains how subscription cancellations work for Hostanova Core. All subscription prices are in PKR and checkout is handled by Polar.

1. How to cancel

• Cancel from your Polar customer portal linked in purchase emails, or
• Email us at work@codexmark.com for manual assistance.

2. Effective timing

• To avoid the next cycle charge, cancellation must be completed before the renewal timestamp shown in your billing portal.
• Once cancelled, no new recurring charge is created for future periods.
• Access remains active until the end of the already-paid billing period.

3. Relationship with refunds

Cancellation stops future billing. It does not automatically issue refunds for the current period. Refund eligibility is defined in our Return & Refund Policy.
